Leonard & Jessica
Jessica and Leonard Idowu are the dedicated husband-and-wife team behind Little Curiosities. Jessica brings 20 years of experience in early years and primary education, with a significant focus on SEND, while Leonard’s background in primary years sports coaching, business management and operations brings a wonderful blend of caring support and professional skill to the heart of the nursery.
Jessica, a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant, is passionate about child-led learning. She oversees the educational programmes, staff training and ensures Ofsted compliance. Meanwhile, Leonard takes care of daily operations and facilities, creating a safe, inspiring space where children feel free to explore and grow every day.
