These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities and operational policies of Little Curiosities Nursery & Preschool (“the Nursery”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling your child, you (“the Parent” or “Guardian”) agree to the terms outlined below.

Admissions & Registration

  • A completed registration form must be submitted along with a refundable registration fee of £50.

  • Admission is subject to availability and suitability following a nursery visit and meeting with parents/guardians.

  • A deposit of £50 is required to secure a place. This deposit is refundable only when the appropriate notice period is given (see Section 6).

Settling-in

  • We offer a flexible settling-in period tailored to your child’s needs.

  • No charges apply during the initial sessions of settling in.

  • The settling-in period is usually one AM or PM session.

Fees & Payments

  • Fees are charged monthly in advance and must be paid by the 1st of each month.

  • Additional charges may apply for meals, consumables, specialist activities and extracurricular activities.

Hours of Operation

  • The Nursery is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding bank holidays and planned closures (e.g. Christmas).

Notice Period

  • Failure to provide notice will result in a charge equivalent to one month’s fees.

Illness and Medical Policy

  • Children who are unwell (e.g., with fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions) should not attend.

  • Children must be symptom-free for 48 hours before returning after vomiting or diarrhoea.
